In such cases, jilipg may withhold any balance pending investigation.
You may close your jilipg account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
